Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is an engaging group fitness program featuring the heart pumping effects of tennis drills, games, and skills delivering the ultimate full body and calorie burning aerobic and anaerobic workout. Saturday Mornings from 745 am-9 am. All levels welcome.

Gate City Practice

This clinic will focus on a weekly stroke which will include forehands, backhands, volleys, serves/returns, drop shots, lobs and more. Instruction will focus exclusively on that particular stroke technique with a lot of repletion to build up muscle memory
