Sherwood Swim & Racquet Clubhouse is available for rental by non-members. The Sherwood Board of Directors has adopted the following terms regarding rentals and use of the clubhouse facilities.

Please follow the following steps in order to successfully request a reservation:

1. Check our facility rental calendar below to make sure the day and time is available.

2. View the 2024 Sherwood Room Rental Agreement.

3. Email Sherwood’s Executive Board, admin@sherwoodswimandracquet.com , with your request and any questions or concerns.

4. Schedule a day and time to view the facility and fill out any paperwork.

5. Payment is taken by credit card or check. Invoices will be submitted to the email address on the rental agreement.
